Most recently, the Hotel Director Training Tool has brought a new standard of procedure and job awareness to our crucial role of HD on the ships. I believe that this training solution will be a major contributor. Both honing the skill of current HD’s as well as prepare Associate HD’s. I am pleased that we now have the opportunity to share such critical knowledge for both Royal Caribbean International (RCI) as well as Celebrity Cruises via the HD Tools.
